First Meet Champs!
Monday, June 6, 2011 at 9:01 PM I think I speak for all the coaches when I say that we are so very proud of you all for your great swimming at our first meet. It was a close meet and they too were great swimmers, but we have Park Shark Power!!
We had 12 people qualify for 27 events for All Stars! Let's plan on setting our goals high for ourselves in our next couple of meets. We have the home pool advantage this week. Don't forget that our theme is "Park Shark Power"/team spirit!! Please join us coaches in wearing red capes for the meet!!
This week, we need to work on the few things that we had trouble with. A few DQs and bad starts. I expect we will be seeing more swimmers in the morning, since school is out TOMORROW!! Thursday is a stroke clinic. If you feel like you could benefit from that, please plan to attend.
